I have two of the 1414VQE (14.4 version) and one 1428VQE (28.8 V.Fast
version). I find them to be very reliable. They come with a RTS/CTS
capable cable and all have Fax capabilities.
They have the V.Fast -28.8- versions (1428VQE) available now for $187.
