Being a new user to both Compuserve and also a new registered user for the current 1.73 version, which I have not been able to use yet, I am not sure how to proceed from this point. I was under the impression that the downloading to the registered version would automatically be accomplished from your end, but now am uncertain. Do I still have to download AP.LHA and APDOCS.LHA? Please explain, as I am anxious to start AUTOPILOT registered. Thanks

If you are already running Autoppilot 1.73, you are using the current version and do not need to download AP.LHA again. Only YOU know what version you are running… not us. <g> If you registered Autopilot via SWREG, make certain that you are using Autopilot to collect your EMail, as that is how the upgrade process is completed. PLEASE spend some time reading the README and documentation files.

Myron, you should have already downloaded AP.LHA and installed it in your system before registering it via SWREG. The reason for that is to insure that the program works on your system completely before you have to put up any money. So, if you haven't done it already, download AP.LHA and install it. Make absolutely sure that AutoPilot picks up all CMail that you receive, as the registration will come to by that means. The message will be titled something like "Thank You". Unless AutoPilot collects that message, your program will not be registered. If the message has already come and gone, then send a request to AForums, they are in the address book for AutoPilot, to resend the registration CMail. I hope this helps.
