I just discovered and downloaded AAWIN.EXE. My particular interest is in
playing animation files from a custom application. I can play other multmedia
files using the Media Control Interface. Can you provide information on how to
install and use an MCI compatible driver for AAWIN or if and how I can load and
use AAPLAY.DLL.

you can call 1-800-879-4233 and order the animation player for
windows developer kit. It's inexpensive and contains the full 'C'
reference manual and the Visual Basic reference manual for the
DLL.

instructions, download MCIAAP.ZIP from this forum. If you want to
program this into your own application, refer to the previous message
from Jonas.
