#Assign Script Problem

Can anyone help me ?
I have two CompuServe accounts; one personal and one for work.
Consequencially I have two copies of AutoPilot on my drive, each
registrered to a different account.
I have grown tired of calling the "Execute Command…" requester and
typing in the assign path to switch between the two AP: assigns each time
I need to log on under the other id.
I made a tiny script file containing the following:
assign AP: Work:comms/compuserve/work
This is no different to what I type in the "Execute Command…" requester
and is DEFINITELTY the correct path. I put the script in the directory it
refers to, with the hope of double-clicking it before launching the
AutoPilot icon in that directory.
However, when I do double-click the script icon I get a Software Failure
system alert error #87000004.
What am I doing wrong ( if anything ) ?
I am using WB39.29 on a KickStart 39.106 Amiga4000 with a 680EC30 and 2meg
chip 2 meg fast.

hmmm… you said you gave an icon to your script file.
Make sure, that the icon is of the PROJECT type and the default tool is
set to C:ICONX.
Why don't you include the startup of AP in your script? So you only have
to click once to start everything…

; assign APDOC: AP:help ; if you want online help
run >nil: AP:Autopilot
For your second account, you my create an appropriate script. It's of no
matter where the script files reside.
