Dear Sirs, I(we) have a perpetual problem with Studio regarding backgrounds. I
have 50 projects, all setup the same way. They all use a *.TGA series
backgrounds. The backgrounds reside on the file server.
When I load and render a project, I immediately get "Cannot find BOB*.TGA in
Map(s) path…". The path IS IN THE MAPS PATH!!! By ordering the path for the
backgrounds to the top of the MAPS-PATHS list, the problem is minimized, but
does NOT go away completely. I'm SICK OF IT!!! I'm NOT screwing up, and our
network WORKS perfectly with a multitude of other network imaging
software…i.e. VistaPro, Image Alchemy, VFW…
Our network is WFW 3.11 workstations connecting to an NTAS 3.1 server.
(Please, no "if its not Novell it might not work" replies. Our network, works
really, really well.)
Sorry about sounding like a jerk, I'm just out of ideas. I've tried everything
I can think of.
