Hardly, on the internet, being an ATHEIST is tolerated. Some of the stuff
I've seen on there would give the pope a heart attack (is he's not too
busy molesting little boys, like the Catholic "religion" (myth) seems to
condone among its priests. (I guess even they need their fun) <g>
Furthermore, show me some proof that there IS a "god" and tell me why he's
anymore credible than Roman myths, and why the bible is any more credible
than The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy.
Heck, why's it more credible even than pagan cerimonies!

I was making a joke, but you missed it because of your obvious hate for
those who believe in God. Let's see, you assume that I am intolerant
because I am a Christian…WRONG! All of us have the free will to be and
believe whatever we choose.
The Pope seems to me to be a good man. I don't see or hear him making
personal attacks on his enemies as you are.
I can't prove to you or anyone else that there is a God. My leap of faith
was followed by personal experiences that proved it for me. Frank Morrison
was an atheist lawyer that set out to disprove the resurrection of Jesus
Christ. In the process, the evidence he discovered caused him to commit
his life to the Lord. Check out his book, "Who Moved The Stone?"
As for the credibility of the Bible (which I have read,) there is no more
credible evidence for its validity than the complete accuracy of its
prophecies and its obvious credibility as a guidebook for moral living.
Your hate-filled note shows a lack of knowledge of world religion and
philosophy. After years of studying all world belief systems and world
views, I made the only choice that survives rigorous ethical, intellectual
and spiritual scrutiny…Christianity.

God exists because He is what I want to be. The closer I get to Him, the
more I become Him, until LO!
Please do not mistake God for a cultural process created by Man to
represent Him. If God were a CPU, religion is an access protocol. That's
a big if, of course. Hindus, Budhists, Muslims, Jews et al believe in one
God ultimately, please ignore the miriad handles and interface definitions
applied to the One True Object Encapsulated in Infinity.
