The fastest card I have used for playing FLIC files is the TSENG Labs ET-4000 W32P (not any other incarnation of the w32). It is a TRULY fast card for DOS bitmap performance. It outperforms my Diamond Viper for Animation playback. However, Windows performance is not as good as many of the 'Accelerator Cards.) The W32P is also much faster than the ATI Ultra Pro cards we use at work when it comes to DOS animation playing. Most of the expensive Accelerator cards have a polygon or 'Line Draw' chip which speeds up windows Displays as they consist mainly of Straight lines and boxes. Most however don't improve Animation playback speed.

Have you got the latest Vibrant drivers from here???? (Shame on you for buying a Tseng Clone card) The ones from Tseng themselves are directly supported.
