When I try to play a movie or flic I get an error mess. Can't play animation,
no timers available. The first time I installed all played well and I have
since reinstalled the software. I running win 3.1 on a dell 486/66 28 meg ram.
I have tried playing with just the player program and the flic loads but
nothing happens.

okay, a few basic questions… what was the re-install for, and did you do
anything differently when you re-installed? where any changes made to the
system environment, hardware, or other software loaded between your first and
second installs? what are your system resources at when you enter the program?
(free RAM, free harddisk space, swap file size), and how big are these movies
or flics (size).
