Hi, Yes even us so called experts run into problems we can't solve. So my friends, I turn to you for a helping hand. A client of ours works under windows for workgroups 3.11. He has created a disc that can be accessed fine on a stand alone PC. He then enables file sharing on the CD-ROM drive. Once again no problems accesssing the disc on his own system. A NT workstation on his network can also access the disc. However other WFW stations can access the disc but only see the root. This happens only with this disc. He made a copy of it and the same thing happens. According to him he has no problems with other CD-ROM's or CD-R's. I know that Corel SCSI had a problem like this in versions prior to version 2.0. However I don't think he uses it and I thought this was a problem with all disc's. I also heard that smartdrive may cause problems when caching an IDE CD-ROM drive. Does anybody have any other idea's on the subject? Any help is welcome. Thanks, Paul Deckers Elektroson
