please help,
i'm not sure where to start. i would like to create a screen saver, possibly
from video. what type of hardware/software would be required to do this? i'm
also new to this forum, is there information on-line to get mee up to speed on
this technology?

You might want to check out the OOCDS Library for a file called "MPEG.FAQ."
Hopefully it will answer a few of the questions you have about video (it's big
— about 198K).

thanks jeff! i printed out the document yesterday, and will try to read thru
it today. i may call you for additional information. i'm not sure how much
information i included in my original message??? i would like to create a
screen saver much like the sports illustrated screen saver thats out now. it
features the swimsuit issue models and uses the "in your face" software to
present the screens. i would like to create the same kind of product with a
different theme. i have contacted the company who manufactures the products i
want to display for license information. i'm looking for information on how to
get this all started.
