Greetinfs from DowuUnder Greg,
In short NO …and neither can Animator Pro…
Solution
1. Create your flC's in 3DS or AniPro (I assume 640x480x256)
2. Save them out a separate images (say GIFS at 640x480x256) use poco
3. Convert via a batch file in Image Alchemy to a standard 16 color palette
4. Buy Grasp import them and create a DFF file
5. Distribute with GRASP's Grasprt (runtime DFF player)
Result: One runtime animation which uses 16 colors
EASY….??? It looks time consuming but it's not really

The answer is YES in AnimatorPro. Vibrant Graphics provides a driver
called ProRes/Animator that will support 640x480x16. It was
specifically designed for people who want to distribute presentations
that are compatible with all machines. Call us at 800/937-1711 for
details.
