Thanks for your request. Unfortunately, I'm not technically qualified to
answer your question. I'd suggest going into the audodesk users group and
inquire with them. Sorry. (p.s. My suggestion is for someone to go to a
school that teaches 3D Studio and not to to the expense of purchasing this
software for home use. During training the student can decide what is best for
her to purchase with the aid of an instructor.)
