Hello All:
I've got a Freind who works for McDonnell Douglas Corporation that has just
accepted a 3 year overseas assignment and will be leaving the U.S.
Since he does not have a CompuServe account I've Volenteered to post the
following message for him.
I'd also like to say that I do not benifit at all through any thing that may
transpire as a result of my posting this…in other words I'm doing a freind a
favor please don't read any more in to it than that.
He needs to sell all his computer equipment and wants to pick up a High-End

In any event you may contact my freind Rick Gaylor directly at 919-751-3674.
He is asking $7K but also would be willing to trade for a state of the art
100Mhz or better pentium laptop that he can carry around with him on the job.
Please only serious offers as Rick has got to pick up this laptop and will
either trade or have to purchase with what he agrees is a fair price for his
equipment list.
At this point I'm out of it except if the sysops don't want the number left on.
I've noticed that that's no longer considered kosher but hope that in this case
it could remain posted so that serious folks could contact him directly as he
does not have any other way of contacting CIS and I'd really rather have the
purchaser and the seller deal directly with each other and I can stay out of
it.
Thank you folks.
I hope Rick can find a serious buyer because he's a great guy and I wish him
well on his new adventure.
Thank you.

Murph' –
You are right about no longer posting personal phone numbers in public! —
except if the member specifically states that it's okay for it to be in public
which you did. We also ask that prices not be put in public but since we can't
tell which piece of equipment sells for what – we'll just leave the whole thing
out there.
Business addresses, phone and fax numbers can stay public. Private ones get
removed and the member is asked to repost without it.

Thanks Anne,
I hope Rick Can help someone out with this system.
Since he's signed up to work the Mid-East for 3 years it'll do him little good
in storage.
Just think what we'll all be talking about in 3 Years!
That's 6 3D Studio Animator Lifetimes! <BG>

Absolute bargain. If I had the cash I'd buy the system. Sure he isn't missing
a "1" in front of the "7"

Nope! That's it.
Rick needs a LapTop for his Travels in the Mid-East and Can't be Hauling all
this extra stuff around with him. Since he's contracting for 3 years it's
silly for him to put this in storage because God Knows _What_ we'll be using in
3 years stateside. <BG>
