Steven, Unfortunately, the BONES.RED file was not included on the new installation disk with BONES PRO 1.5. In any event, the BONES.RED is a simple text file that you can create in any DOS text editor, including the one in 3D Studio. It consists of seven lines as follows: *.PRE = C:\3DS3\BONES; *.PRP = C:\3DS3\BONES; *.PRX = C:\3DS3\BONES; *.SET = C:\3DS3\BONES; *.GEO = C:\3DS3\BONES; *.TMP = C:\3DS3\BONES; *.ERR = C:\3DS3\BONES; That's all there is to it. If your 3D Studio root directory is on another drive, just substitute it for what I typed. Just place this file in your process subdirectory, and you should be up and animating in no time. All that's left is to create a /BONES subdirectory off of your 3DS3 root directory for Bones to store its information. If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to call me at Digimation at (504) 468-7898. Or you can E-mail me at our office account 72320,2042. Hope this helps, Beau
