I have no problem with the serial port. The problem I am having is with
message and reply ports. The Videoscape manual says when a frame is ready
it sends a message to a port called frame-control. When you are done
recording it you send a message to frame-reply, which you must also create.
I am having trouble initializing and sending these messages.
