Hi Leon,
I've been busy moving (still in Atlanta, soon in Florida) and haven't gotten
around to returning your "Reportoire"<spell?> demo disk. It'll be in the mail
to you soon.
Anyway, we have a customer asking if (and when) there will be a new release
for 1.3. Any comment?
Personnally, I need to find out how to get a replacement manual for BM M2SCS
as I'm rapidly ripping mine to shreads. Also I'm having difficulty modifying
the titles of a window created by SimpleWindows. I'm at work (at 01:00 am on a
Saturday yet) and can't supply details of the problem. I'll probably give you a
call next week.
Next question. How's PowerWindows for BM coming? I'm still interested if it
helps at all.
Final question. Can you give me any assistance with the conceptual
differences between "windows" and "requestor windows"? I'm having a hell of a
time with it. Hopefully you can help.

Hi Jim:
I am glad to hear you are putting Benchmark to good use. To answer some of your
questions:
1. A new release will not be made for 1.3 since this version of the OS. does
not impact the Benchmark package in any way. Since no bugs have been found in
Benchmark since its original release in Feb. I do not have plans to bring out
an updateet.
2. The next release of PowerWindows WILL have support for Benchmark. That
version is 2.5 and should be available in the near future from Inovatronics.
3. For an example of usage of Requesters examine the: Draw.mod and several
other demo programs which use requesters. I personally do NOT like requesters
because they are not very convenient, so I always use windows in their place.
