I'm trying to hook up a DX100 to my A1000 through an ECE MIDI interface. Do any
of you have a preference as to what sequencer I should get? Are there any pd
sequencers available? I want to compose on the DX and have the Amiga print out
in music notation. Any help wi appreciated.

I can only be of a little help to you:
I remember someone asking recently if anyone had heard of a PD sequencer;
the answer came back No.
I am nearly certain that Dr. T's has one or more packages aimed
specifically for the DX100, DX27, etc. (I have a 27, so it struck a bell) I
personally have no experience with sequencers, so will keep my mouth shut
regarding recommendations.
It may be that the only program that will generate decent standard music
notation is still Deluxe Music Construction Set.
One of the best ways for you to get good answers to your questions is to
speak with Richard Rae. If Rick can't be found here (I just tried MIDI forum
tonight), you can contact him in AmigaArts forum.

time after it got through with the Amiga forums, and thought your message came
