#Mac or Amiga?
6 messages in this thread
John,
There is one Amiga harddrive that does work with Amax…..I saw it up and
running at AmiExpo in Chicago. The neccessary software was not done by
Readysoft but rather by the company that markets the drive. I can't remember
the name of the company but I could look it up in my AmiExpo notes. Simon
Douglas is working on support for various SCSI drives and hopes to have them
done by about the end of the year.

Not positive, but I believe it's the IVS TrumpCard.
Steve,
I thought that what it was but I wanted to check before I put it in
writing. I think they said the driver was either free or very nominal for
exsisting or new Trumpcard owners.

As it was told to me, the driver for AMax and TrumpCard wasn't finished
yet. It also required that the ENTIRE drive be given over to the Mac. No
partitions or virtual disks: Macs don't support partitions.

That is what I recall seeing mentioned in the latest issue of INFO that I got.

Ed,
Thanks. If your notes are handy, I would be interested to know who makes
the drive.
