Hi Ron,well you guy's over there are lucky that you have some competition with
your telecommunications companies…over here we just have the Telecom monopoly
which say and do whatever they like (well it appears that way).One example is
that my exchange doesn't have 000 access ,which is like your 911 number for
police,ambulance,and fire.Not only that but the exchange was at its limit 4
years ago,yet they didn't intend to upgrade it until 1991!!.
Anyway,that ought to be enuff to show you how they treat their customers,let
alone lines you can run 9600 on,but that's technology,showing how reliable 9600
can be.
