I doubt that cryptographic software will ever be a popular product, unless
it is folded into a general e-mail or telecommunication software product. If
it were totally transparent I can see ALOT of users, otherwise it will be the
domain of interested hobbiest, a few people that require such high security and
the odd paranoid <g>.
