There are a whole number of them. Two which come to mind are HAMSHARP
which is here in LIB 9, and HAMLAB, a more general purpose converter (it
can also handle some other formats including GIF) which is here in LIB 9 as
well. (It should also still be in LIB 1, as it's a recent addition…)
Both produce good output. Both output to HAM mode. There are other
converters which can produce SHAM output, also in LIB 9.
