#light pen???

Hi Im a new user and would like some help. Does anyone know how I can get a light pen for a pdp11-53? Any info will be appreciated!!!

Larry, A light pen is used with a graphic display of some kind. A PDP-11/53 is a general-purpose computer, to which a variety of types of displays can be attached. Most displays attached to PDP-11s in the real world are text-only, and there are no light pens to accompany these. If your machine has a real graphic display, it is possible that a light pen is available for it. The primary source of information would be the vendor of the display, but if you can identify the manufacturer and model number it is possible someone here would have a suggestion. -Bill

P.S.: In addition to information on the display, it would be necessary to know the operating system you're using, since software to make use of the light pen will be operating system specific and the PDP-11 supports a dozen or more different operating systems.
