Greg, Do you mean just cutting the trace (or two), or replacing other components as well? From the discussion I had with the shop, it sounded like there were other components which would have to be replaced. Is this true? Thanks, Paul

Both. The complete upgrade consist of replacing a couple of chips, clipping out a couple of components, soldering in a couple of components, and cutting a couple of traces. Nothing real serious. Depending on your revision number and serial number, most machines do not need everything done. You will find some already done. You just add the ones that haven't been done. Shouldn't take more than about 1 to 1-1/2 hours at most, including disassembly, mods, checkout and reassembly. Greg Greg White / MicroSearch 72230,1617 We listen to our customers..carefully
