Since we only need the compression programs for things that are uploaded or
downloaded, we thought it logical to put them with other things used for
up- and downloading. Different ways to think, I suppose, but ALL of our
compression utilities are in Lib 4 with the terminals, etc. Among other
things, it is a much smaller library than the 'Tools' one – easier to find
stuff.
