Well, I, too, live on the west coast of Florida, so I know what you
mean about humidity. I haven't yet tried to take my stuff outside, but I
do know that a wet finger doesn't make the ink run from the new cartridge
in my DJ+, so maybe HP has done something to reduce the running problem
with earlier versions of the ink. However, another solution is to try
refilling the cartridge with a permanent ink, which I understand others
have tried with varying degrees of success.
