I don't want to defend O/S-2; I've never used it. But don't confuse the
next version of it with the current one. The present version is bad
because IBM demanded it run under 80286 based machines; the next version
will be a true 32 bit system. I bet it takes off then…

The introduction and wide accolades for Windows 3.0 may slow the
introduction
of O/S-2 for a couple of years…applications will be rewritten for
Windows.
