Bem, my C_ToolShed came… BRAVO! I love it. It's worth 5 times the asking price (no, you asked $20 bucks, I will NOT send the other $80 <grin>). I want to get it to work with Manx…. It looks like it will with a minimum of tweaking… you want I should notify you of what I tweak? I think that as soon as it's convenient, I'll be running all my source code thru your prettyprinter, and adopt your method for formatting C source. It's very very similar to mine, but I tend to vary my style a bit. One request? Is it possible to modify prettyprint to embed printer control codes as an option? I think it would sometimes be useful to have Exec calls in red, or comments in blue, or keywords in bold when printing to a color printer. It wouldn't be for modifying the original code, just for creating a file that would have the codes (isn't its default output to stdout? Then you could use ansi codes to colorize it on the screen) for printing. I know it's sometimes very useful to me to have the entire sourcecode in one long printout… if it could be told to print a certain function/keyword in red, say, you could see everywhere that was called at a glance. Ah, well. I've been talking about this feature for a long time now, no biggie. Thanks again for mailing it so promptly. –Eet– Director of Mayhem Extra Terrestrial Imports, Ltd.

Eet, I'd appreciate any low-down on your tweaking since I made the Manx choice. Michael

A new pretty printer is something I've been considering for a while. When I get time, I'll get at it. I've wanted to do ocolor highlighting of things too, but this will require a special editor, which is also in the works. Ben Amateur Radio Callsign is A A 7 A S
