#Deluxe Music Const. Set

Sam, Unfortunately if you have multiple endings, the endings are limited to one
measure. Many people have commented on the inconvenience of this and hopefully
it will be addressed in a future revision. ToddT (EA Customer Service)
Todd, thanks for letting me know. I will look forward to seeing it changed in
the future. I just got DMCS for Christmas and it is already one of my favorite
programs. One more quick question if you have the time, When you play a 3 note
chord on one staff, are you using 3 of the Amiga's voices when using internal
instruments. I assume you are but am not sure. Thanks, Sam Teague 74065,631
Sam,
Yes, you are. A three note chord uses three of the four channels (assuming, of
course, that that staff is set for internal sounds and not MIDI).

Rick, Thanks for the info! I noticed another situation since I upgraded to an
Amiga 2000. DMCS doesn't allow for drive DF2: in the file requester window. I
have one internal drive and one external (DF2:). Have you heard anything about
handling this? I've just been loading DMCS from DF2: to limit my disk swapping
when loading files. Still kind of a hassle, but the best I can figure. Thanks,
Sam
There is a PD program called ASSIGNDEV that associates the name DF1: with the
device DF2:. This is different from the ASSIGN command supplied with the
AmigaDOS, which will make the association between the name DF1: and the DISK in
the drive. I haven't tried this yet, I'm still using my A1000, waiting on a
hard disk for for my A2000, but I've heard it works.
