I've been looking at 17" monitors for awhile and watching the messages on CIS
and the Internet, I would take a look at the Mitsubishi Diamond Pro and
Diamond Scan, the Pro uses a Trinitron tube and the scan does not. They offer
a 3 year warranty instead of the typical 1 year. The Nanao monitors are nice
but usually more expensive, I didn't like the physical size of the NEC 5
series, they are huge compared to the others, and also more money. Whatever you
decide let us know what you end up with.
