Sure you can get a printer for $180. But the new printer won't be
a paintjet.
Tell you what…I'll trade you my working Epson JX-80 for your non
working Paintjet…ok? I mean the Epson cost $500 and I've added the NLQ
upgrade to it from Dresselhaus at another $80. And it's a color printer
also.
Of course, the color isn't nearly as good as the Paintjet, nor is
the printer as fast…but it works.
Seriously (well….to be real serious…I would make the trade if
you were foolish enough to do it), $180 to fix a $1,200 printer isn't bad
at all.
Don
