HELP!! I have owned an Amiga 500 for a little over a year now and have been slowly (and methodically) building it into the system of my dreams. I have decided that it is time to upgrade from my old EPSON 8 pin to a 24 pin printer but am confused. I am looking for a 24 pin printer that has the option of color printing. I have seen several on the market (the star KB series, citizen GSX-140, AND a PANASONIC model). I am looking for something around $500.00 and these printers fit the bill. My questions are: 1. Does anyone have a 24 pin color printer? 2. Are there drivers that will allow me to use the color option with my graphic programs? 3. Does anyone know just how many colors these color printers print? Any and all information will be greatly appreciated as I am sure that many people have questions like these and no computer store or users group in their area like me. THANK YOU. William, The printer I use is no longer brand new, but I like it – the NEC P5200. It has a color option, seven built-in typefaces in several sizes each, and works with the NEC Pinwriter driver from the Workbench. This is a heavy-duty printer, with excellent paper-handling abilities. You might want to look at it. .Betty
