Don, I notice that this hasn't received a reply yet, so I'll pipe in with my observations. I was also having mouse problems, but of a different sort. On some programs, the mouse was operating in mirror image mode. Strange, to say the least, and these were normal dos program. I finally broke down and bought a mouse for the IBM-side. I've also run into that same problem with the 32 MB problem and JLink. I don't know what the fix is though. Brian bjbart@watserv.ucr.edu

Thanks for the reply. Maybe Amiga types expect that klones are not going to work entirely well, and just don't worry about it. 🙂 Although I've been using the Diamond SVGA all along, I recently got a used Elite Multi-function board by way of UseNet. I'll try that, I guess, when I find out what kind of mouse is good. I bet this thing could be hacked into working better. I quit doing that sort of thing when I got the 1000; cuz I didn't have to any more! Figures that I start thinking about it when dealing with an IBM klone. See the reply to Gail Fairless' message. -DonM – On Autopilot from 1Q1 – Chickenlips doesn't sell Amigas, we just buy them!
