Are there any shareware terminal programs available for downloading? I like the try before you buy approach! Thanks, –Tim

Tim, There are a whole bunch in lib 5 — BackTalk, Access, JRComm, VLT, Handshake, NComm, and a bunch of others.

Timothy, look in Library 5 of AmigaUser. You will find LOTS of terminal programs to download. Some of the most popular are BackTalk, JRComm, Access, Handshake, and VLT. The two last are especially good for VT100 and Unix boards; the first three are better for CIS. Betty

Library 5, here in AmigaUser is full of them. For personal preference, I would suggest BackTalk, Access or JRcomm (in that order, assuming you will be using it with CompuServe) …. if you're going to be using 9600 bps access non-CompuServe, I would suggest JRcomm or BackTalk (in that order) Mike (Whapping from the UK)
