This is a known problem with Nav 3.0.4; the error messages CompuServe uses
has been changed since 3.0.4 came out. So when CIS tells Nav the forum's
not available, Nav doesn't recognize it and keeps waiting to enter. (It
will time out, by the way, although I'm not sure of the actual amount of
time it will take – anywhere from 2 to 15 minutes.) The problem is going
to be fixed in the next version.
As a workaround if you do come upon the problem again, you can use the !
prompt you're sitting at to type in GO and any forum you choose after you
have selected Next Task. Nav will then start to enter the forum and be
fooled into thinking it's going into the forum it was originally headed
for, then the Next Task will kick in and your session will continue.
