I do not know of any house that has a CRV – I will take mine to a house
close by me that is very used to me coming in. I can transfer to 1", beta,
D2, 3/4 or S-VHS.
The CRV IS broadcast quality. It is betacam format and resolution. It has
inputs and outputs of Composite, color diff., RGBS, and S-video.

Thanks for the reply! It is sometimes difficult to get clear infomation
about the different formats. I am also looking into the possibility of
translating my files to CCIR601 format for direct transfer to D1. I have
my own S-VHS frame-by-frame recording system, but am interested in doing
broadcast work.
