Dan, I received your flyer on the 3DTV Home Theater System today, and am curious about the length of the cords on the glasses. I would use the system with a 30" TV in an 'entertainment center' arrangement with seating being 6 to 10 feet away. Would standard mouse/joystick extender cables work with the VCR Adapter? The price of the wireless glasses makes me hesitant of that route. -Homer Flying on Auto

The glasses cord is about 8 feet from the 3DTV interface box to the person wearing the glasses. The 3DTV interface box can reside quite a distance from the VCR and monitor. You can also get 'extension' cords for the glasses (the connectors are standard mini-jacks) at any Radio Shack or I can supply one for you. Does your 30 inch TV have a 'monitor' input? Standard mouse/joystick extender cables will work with the XSpecs 3D unit as it connects to the Amiga via a joystick port. I've run rather long extensions for my XSpecs unit with no problems. For the 3DTV unit,… though, the extension cord is a mini-jack cord on the glasses side or a longer video cable to the VCR or monitor on the video side. Should be quite nice on a 30 inch set as long as it is not a liquid… crystal video projection system. I'd like to see the 3D stuff on a big screen. Thanks for the inquiry.
