Hello Mike. This may seem like a super-trivial question but we all had to start somewhere.. so, I saw your shell game and was curious about a few things: 1) Did you program that in "C" (Turbo C?), if so, how do you place it in the proper graphics mode so the regular graphics libraries can be used with the FLI libraries (FLI.LIB) 2) How do you incorporate a FLIC file into the actual executable? I may have more questions later but if you wouldn't mind answering these curiosities of mine it would be of great help you can be sure. Thanks.

Well, to be honest and give my _big_ secret away, I used Grasp… Yes, I know its a worthless wimpy way to create _serious_ programs, but I just wanted something quick. Including, rendering, modeling and programming, the whole game took about 5 hours. Just wait till you see the stuff we are doing here at Software Sorcery with a full staff of C and Assembly Language programmers… It'll blow your mind… -MM

You used Grasp? *gasp* <grin>.. Well, I still would like to know how it can be done with 3D STUDIO and "C"..

No problem, just call Chris Allis at AutoDesk (415) 491-8727. He's with developer relations and can get you the new Animator C libraries, for FLI and FLC files. BTW whats your application? Game? Multimedia? -MM
