Mike, I just got the time to download your Shell game that you developed with 3DS and Grasp… way cool, kiddo! I'm highly amused, and will make sure to show it to various folks at Adesk. Do you have any ideas for more of these 3DS games? Plus, I've _tried_ to download the info-base file based on the forum messages, but my CIS port has had so much line noise that I keep getting kicked off before I finish. I'm going to try that again today. (Once you get James Hyde's collection of messages in there, it'll be incredibly valuable.) Take care, – G PS: I can't wait to see the "real" games you're working on at Software Sorcery. How long till somethings on the market?

Mike Morrison wrote a little simulation of the classic "pea-under-the-walnut shell" con game in Grasp, using images rendered in 3D Studio. The highly-rendered effect (with shadows, texture maps, etc) and real-time action combine to be very interesting. I've made it up to level 8 without going insane so far. Maybe I'll hit level 9 tonight… <g> – G

I've had a few other ideas on games, but unfortunately they have worked themselves into our _real_ games, and thus been disqualified for Public Domain… Although I may still come up with a few more ideas here and there… As far as your Message base downloads, you should grab a copy of CIM 2.x. At least it will save partial downloads in the case of a lost connection. Can't really give out any release dates for the _real_ games yet, lets just say, fairly soon… -MM
