Thanks for your reply. MaxiPlan v. 1.9 does not have the built-in
capability to SAVE files in Lotus 1-2-3 format as do later versions. So, I
am still looking for a PD utility to convert my Maxiplan data to 1-2-3 I
don't want to upgrade if I can avoid it. Getting ripped off once was bad
enough.
