Because Amigatech is the technical forum for Amiga stuff. Casual users
never set electronic foot in here. There are forums (like Amigauser) with
10x the traffic; why not put a high-demand item like a Fish disk there?
I am not bitching (hey, I hit all the forums, so why do I care?) but 90%
of the people who would download a FFdisk have never and will never come to
Amigatech.
