EVO + Quickpass?

I'm looking for a VTR to do preview and mid-end recording. Anybody selling an EVO, or BVU, or other hi8, 3/4, or S-VHS deck? Also, is the EVO 9650 able to support the upcoming Quickpass for Windows? Thanks in advance, John Tissavary (La Luna cie)
