#Accessing (none) drives

Hi,
Using the file manager I can setup network drive connections
without selecting a drive-letter (ie. using the last item on the list (none) )
[This is what I have been looking for 🙂 ]
Problem: File manager seems to establish the connection but does not provide me
with a browse window for the connection just established.
I cannot see how to access these UNC connections to browse them
with file manager. The drive combo-box does not show these driveless UNC
connections, however the disconnect does show them. ???
Any suggestions as to how to solve this will be appreciated.

Note: Using my editor (epsilon) I can browse any UNC disk-share simply by
invoking my editor as: epsilon \\shepherd\public

Jim, you can browse the connection from a command line by issuing a "dir
\\machine name\share point". Your connection is established, however file
manager represents the net address of the connection by a drive letter.
Since the drive letter does not exist, browsing would require you to supply
the UNC name. Also since the connection exists, file manager is capable of
disconnecting the connection.
