I've just installed the released SDK et al. Windbg has a bug! While debugging
another bug (in RtlAllocateHeap) I'm finding that the Effective address
calculation (in the register window) is frequently wrong. This makes debugging
difficult, er…a challenge. Has this been reported. Is there a fix. And so
on, and so forth. Thanks.
