WIN32 and WIN16 seem to provide very different serial communications APIs. Is
there some portable way to interface our serial device to our Windows app ?
Are we realy doomed to writing two very different pieces of code to accommodate
these differences ?
Does WIN32s provide any solution to this problem ? Wasn't there a recent
article in MSJ that provided an overview of WIN32s capabilities ?
