Not when the scan is being done offline using Nav. I sometimes get
off-the-wall comments to me that, out of context are meaningless. A one liner
quoted at the beginning gives context and reminds me which of the couple dozen
conversations this was from.

If you are concerned about paying for the extra few characters of context, you
should probably be involved in a lot fewer conversations on CI$.
