The only problem with going to SparcStations is that if we do, we will
probably drop AutoCAD as our main CAD package, and to to ARGOS. From what
little I know of ARGOS right now, it is based on the AutoCAD concept, with many
improvements. We will probably keep ACAD around for the existing plans, until
they are converted to ARGOS. I need to find out more about ARGOS, but until
then, I am reluctant to leave ACAD. It'll take a while to switch, as Sparcs
cost a fortune compared to PC's. The article in this months CADENCE seems
pretty good talking about UNIX and ACAD.
