I just buy a 60 mo seagate hard disk for my A1200 but no way to install it as i have not the hard disk installation disk . Why does Commodore not provide that disk with THE 1200 ? Where can i find it ? This disk is an ide disk to be installed on the internal ide interface. Thierry Swaenepoel FRANCE

Thierry; It is not at all surprising that C= does not supply the disk. The vast majority of A1200's do not have nor will ever have an HD installed. It would be a foolish waste of money for them to supply the software with the machine. I am not familiar with the A1200 line but for all of their other machines, if you bought a drive system from C= then the software is included with that system. Thinking further about this… In the disk set that you have, is there not a disk called "Install"? -bill
