I really appreciate the opportunity to try Terminus which I downloaded
recently awhile before buying it. I am having trouble knowing just how to
configutre my old Avatex 1200 for it. Although it is old, it has been
very serviceable.
Can you offer me specific suggestions? With AutoPilot which I use for
Compuserve, I had to drop some of the frills and simply use ATDT. Do I
need to do anything else for Terminus?
What could I tell you that would be of help?

A 1200bps modem would probably just need to use the default init string
that Terminus initially starts with as well as just ATDT for dialing
prefixes. The rest of it's modem settings should be pretty much
ready-to-go as well.
