I appreciate the information concerning the 3DSR3.TXT file, but I have been
unable to find it. If you could tell me exactly where it is I'd appreciate
it.

It's in DL9. For your future reference, you can always go into a library and
then type BRO ALL 3DSR3.* (or whatever). This will search all libraries for the
specified file. You can also search key words by typing BRO ALL KEY:thingy.
