Can anyone tell me if the basic A-600 includes a SCSI interface ? How about the 1200 ? Thanks. – da – via Whap!

simple answer – no. for A1200 I like the CSA 12guage with 50mhz 030/882 plus a memory simm socket and nice SCSI system. Don't know what you should do on a 600. PS I did some beta testing on the CSA and I use it on my 1200.

The A1200 does NOT ship with a SCSI interface, although it does ship with an internal IDE interface (that's how Commodore offers the A1200HD units). I'm not 100% positive on what's shipping where in the world right now, but GVP's A1208 SCSI/RAM+ offers a fast SCSI interface and additional expansion options and has been shipping since May of 1993.

Neither has a SCSI interface, both use IDE interfaces to talk to their hard drives. // Brian — Cruising on AutoPilot….. \X/
